Terms of use of the site

1. Agreement conclusion.

3. Ordering process/stages of contract signing

Please double-check your order by filling in the form on the Website, Individual Entrepreneur Salnytskyi І.V. will not be liable for any mistakes in filling in the form, invalid data or any other cases of inaccurate information on the part of the customer. 4. Preserving the text of the contract

5. The right of cancellation of the purchase order and policy of cancellation of purchase orders, return of funds

Taking into account the specific nature of the goods/services that can be ordered by the client on the site. Individual Entrepreneur Salnytskyi І.V. reserves the right to refuse a partial or total refund in the following cases:

– customer was sent/delivered informational material that is a commodity in accordance with the order;

– the client was provided services in accordance with the order, and he in turn was not satisfied with them (for any reason), partially satisfied (for any reason), fully satisfied;

Refunds of funds in part or in full can be made by Individual Entrepreneur Salnytskyi І.V., in the case when the customer will be able to prove the total absence of the use / use of goods / services ordered on the site.

Refunds will be made in the same manner in which we received your payments.

6. Price and Delivery

All prices in EUR or/and USD or/and UAH include the statutory surcharge. The price is the legal value at the time of ordering.

If the ordered and paid for goods / services are not available or have not been received by the client through the fault of Individual Entrepreneur Salnytskyi І.V., we unconditionally reimburse the already received payment. Partial delivery of goods / services performed only in exceptional cases and only with the joint agreement.

You agree that contractual communication, including the delivery of the invoice, can be done electronically, e.g. by electronic mail.

7. Preservation of Title / Restrictions on Commercial Use / Enforcement

Information materials sent/delivered to the client, which are the goods in accordance with the order, is the object of intellectual property of Individual Entrepreneur Salnytskyi І.V. and can not be used in any other way than for private, non-publlicized non-commercial use. In all other cases of use will be regarded as a violation of intellectual property rights, and the client will be required to compensate for any damages caused by such actions.

When settling any disputes, you agree that Ukrainian law will be applied, and the applicable law is the laws of Ukraine, and Ukraine is also the jurisdiction for settling disputes. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of the 11th of June 1988 is excluded.

8. Involvement in Responsibility

WE PROVIDE INFORMATION, SERVICES, GOODS PRESENTED ON THE SITE “AS IS”. WE DO NOT GIVE ANY EXPLICIT GUARANTEE ABOUT THEM. You agree to protect, dismiss or defend Individual Entrepreneur Salnytskyi І.V., he`s licensors and service providers, their respective officers, directors, co-workers, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, offenders of any duties, penalties, judgments, awards, charges, expenses, Subscriber fee expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Site, including but not limited to Your representations, In any use of the content, goods, services, services and products on the Site, other than in the circumstances permitted by these Terms of Use, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.
